GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the unit for the first time, carefully wash all
the parts and accessories intended to come in touch with
food, such as the rolls, food presser, feeding tube.
Before switching on make sure that the appliance is on a
flat and stable surface. Always place a container under the
exit mouth, to collect the food falling.
Assembly well every part before using.
During use unroll fully the power cord.
CAUTION: the cutting rolls are sharp: pay
attenction during use, cleaning and removing
food. Unplug the appliance from power supply before
touching the rolls for cleaning and removing food.
For cleaning the rolls is suggested to use warm water
limiting the use of detergents. In this case rinse well.
Do not immerse motor unit in water or other liquids;
clean the motor housing with a damp cloth.
Do not let appliance running continuously for more than 3
minutes, make at least 5 minutes rest.

MOUNTING

Insert the roll (5) in the feeding tube. To do this, lift up the roll locker (9), insert the roll to the end and put
again the lock button down (9).

Use rolls (a - b) for julienne vegetables, the rolls (c - d) to slice and the roll (e) to grate cheese.

To mount the tube (6) to the motor housing (3), rotate the tube 90 degree to the right, insert the shaft in
the hole on motor housing, and rotate anticlockwise until blocking.

Place the tray (8) on the tube (6).

Put a container under the food outlet (4) to collect the food.
