Screw off the tank cap by turning counterclockwise.

Remove the tank cap.
Danger of acid burns!
AdBlue/DEF causes acid burns when in contact with skin and eyes.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.
Wear protective gloves.
Immediately change out of clothing that has been soiled with AdBlue/DEF.
Use clean water to immediately rinse off any ammoniac spray and consult a doctor.
Use clean water to immediately rinse your mouth out and drink plenty of water if you swallo-
wed any AdBlue/DEF. Consult a doctor right away.
Consult a doctor right away if allergic reactions occur.
Keep AdBlue/DEF away from children.
Only fill up the AdBlue/DEF tank in well-ventilated areas.
Corrosion!
AdBlue/DEF is extremely corrosive to many materials.
Do not spill AdBlue/DEF when refilling the AdBlue/DEF tank.
Always use a filling nozzle when refueling with a canister.
Absorb any spilled AdBlue/DEF with dry sand or other non-flammable materials and observe
the applicable national laws and regulations.

Refill AdBlue/DEF into the tank.
(4)
Place the tank cap on the tank filler neck.
(5)
Close the tank cap in clockwise direction.
(6)
Make sure that the tank cap has been closed properly.
