Does Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 support gigabit interface
speed?
Yes, Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 has five (5) user-configurable Copper Gigabit
LAN ports and up to 4 fiber-optic ports.
Does this release support fiber-based networks?
Yes, Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 supports fiber-based networks. The device
ships with one of two physical configurations: one duplex multimode fiber-optic card
installed and no fiber-optic card installed. For more information on the supported

Where does Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 store its logs, and how
can I access them?
Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 only uses a 256 MB IDE Disk On Module (DOM)
flash disk for storage. Consequently, it does not have memory space available to store
log files. Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 sends its normal logs to the Control
Manager server. Alternatively, Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 can send system
logs (which also include debug information) to any computer on the network. See

Can I connect more than one Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500
devices or stack them together to improve throughput?
Yes, with the Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 platform, Network VirusWall
Enforcer 2500 achieves high availability (HA) using redundant devices. See
