Some practical remarks
Before using your bed base, make sure that no obstacle could hinder
smooth operation of the mechanism.
As a precaution, it is recommended that you bring the articulated sections
into the horizontal position after each use (do not sit on these sections in the
raised position, avoid shocks, etc. … see figure below).
The motors require no special maintenance. The low voltage motor power
supply is completely safe and ensures long life for the electrical equipment.
Protect all electrical parts of your bed base from humidity.
If none of the articulated surfaces can be moved:
1. Check that your bed base is plugged in at the power socket (plug pushed
in fully – the green indicator light comes on as soon as the remote control
is used).
2. Check that the wall power outlet is correctly installed and connected to the
main supply.
3. Check the state of charge of the radio remote control batteries.
If there is still a problem after you have made all these checks, please call
your dealer who will take the necessary action with our technical services.
Child security
A long pressure on the M button actives the child security. The bed base is
blocked and each pressure on the remote control buttons produces a sound
signal. To deactivate the child security, press the M button for 20 seconds, a
sound signal indicates that the child security has been deactivated.
