Overview
We have modified the 864 40K/31K exhaust restrictor to allow for full adjustment. This kit
includes the new restrictor. Make sure to check the 864 before installation to verify it has the
new restrictor.
Instructions
Remove and discard the old restrictor (see below).
Install the new restrictor as shown below (use the screws removed earlier).
OLD
RESTRICTOR
(keep the screws)
Loosen these 4 screws on
the exhaust restrictor.
Slide the restrictor to the correct
position (see illustration above).
The rear screw location indicates
restrictor position.

THIS FLANGE DOWN FLAT

This restrictor is in position # 4.
Tighten the screws to secure the
restrictor.
