When S7 of outdoor DIP SW2 is 0, then the outdoor unit is in a normal mode, which will look for the
address of different indoor unit within 20s. 20s later, the unit can be started normally if the number
of indoor units found is matched with that of the indoor units set. If they are unmatched mutually 20s
later, alarm code E05 will be displayed on the monitoring interface at PC end, at the same time E05
also will be displayed on the wired controller of indoor unit found.

S8 of SW2 selects the indoor unit address setting way as followings:

Control panel of the outdoor unit will be the default S8=0, namely the automatic addressing way, then
automatic addressing will be realized during the installation of indoor unit. The address will be set
manually except that the control panel of the outdoor is set as S8=1 artifi cially.
when S7 is set to 0, if S8=0, then address of the indoor unit will be the soft address obtained
Note:
by means of the above method. If S8=1, then address of the indoor unit will be the hard
address set according to the address code.
Automatic addressing procedures
S7 is set to 1 and S8 is 0.

All indoor and outdoor units are energized. Activate wired controllers (remote controller) ON/OFF
