Remove the valve hood, connect the fi lling mouth to the pressure capsule and vacuum pump

Stop the vacuum pump and shut off the valve of pressure capsule.

Remove the protective cap and completely open the stop valve by means of an inner hexagon

After completion of fi lling, reinstall the protective cap of the stop valve.

Remove the auxiliary pipe and reinstall the valve hood on the fi lling mouth.

Selection of vacuum pump: choose the pump whose pressure can reach below 50Pa.

It is forbidden to exhaust the air of the indoor unit and the pipe with refrigerant.

Connect the pressure gauge to the access hole of the ball valve at air side and liquid side of the

outdoor unit, and make the vacuum pump run more than 24h. When the absolute pressure of
vacuum degree reaches 650Pa, continue to vacuum for an hour at least.
