Places not suitable for installation:

The places with acid or alkaline substances or corrosive gas (such as sulfur oxide and

hydrogen sulfi de), because the unit will be easily corroded and the refrigerant leakage may
be caused.
The places possibly with leakage of fl ammable gas or volatile combustibles. If there is
Ř
fl ammable gas leakage and the leaked gas is gathered around the unit, explosion may be
produced.
The outdoor unit shall not be installed in the place where directly affected by the strong wind
Ř
or typhoon. The auxiliary equipment against rain, snow or direct sunlight should be provided
if conditions permit.
The places where small animal

s nests are easily established.
Ř
If there is the possibility to experience strong wind, the following ones shall be given special

attention during installation.
If strong wind above 5m/s blows to the exhaust side of the outdoor unit, the following will be

caused due to reduction of air volume and the exhausted gas is again absorbed (short circuit):
Ability decreased.
Ř
Frosting increase during heating.
Ř
The unit stops running because of increase of high pressure.
Ř
If the front of the exhaust side of the outdoor unit has experienced continuous strong wind,

the fan will rotate reversely at high speed, leading to breakage, therefore please refer to the
following drawings for installation.

fence or wind shutter of the building

Please apply wind direction adjusting plate (provide on site) if the ambient environment of the

outdoor unit has any danger of short circuit.
The refrigerant (R410A) shall be a kind of nontoxic safe, fi re retardant refrigerant. Once there

is refrigerant leakage indoor, necessary measures must be taken, to avoid its concentration
exceeding the limited safe concentration in the small room.
Inverter air conditioner may cause the home appliances to make a noise.
