Installation of outdoor unit
Attention:
System configuration rate of indoor and outdoor unit is recommended to be 70%-120%,
130% is forbidden to exceed, and special indoor unit matched to the outdoor unit must be
connected.
Handling
During the handling, please hold the handle or machine foot to slowly move it. Don
ď
t put hands in
the grille, to avoid the unit breakage or personnel injury.
Prior to installation of the unit, please choose the proper fi xed bolts and handling tools according to
the unit weight. Please see the nameplate for the unit weight.
Notes:
Handle with care for the particles likely to be damaged.

During the handling, the inclination shall not exceed 30
Ń
(the product can't be placed on the
•
side).
During the handling and installation, heat exchange fi ns shall be protected well. If there is
•
damage, fi n straightener will be used to repair the fi n.
The plastic packing bag shall be treated properly, keep out of the children.
•
When fork is used for handling: please pay attention when the fork arm is inserted into the
•
bottom fork pocket, to avoid the machine or chassis is damaged by it.
When crane is used for handling: tightly push the hoisting rope. Gravity center of the air
•
conditioner must be kept when it is lifted.
Two pieces of hoisting rope above 8m in length and 20mm in diameter must be applied, which
•
shall endure the weight of the air conditioner. Strapping tape of the product can't be used for
handling.
When the wooden support has been removed: paper or cloth must be taken between the
•
hoisting rope and the unit as the gasket, to avoid the body damage.
Placement
Please confi rm that the outdoor unit is horizontally installed in the solid place, to avoid vibration
•
and noise.
Please apply the foundation base greater than the width of supporting leg of the outdoor unit, to
•
support the air conditioner.
The shock pad shall cover the whole bearing surface of the foundation base.
•
Drainage ditch or pipe shall be provided nearby the base in order to drain all condensate water
•
produced during running.

The following provides a brief summary of installation location and installation method. Please
carefully read the entire installation instructions of indoor and outdoor unit, and ensure all necessary
accessories are available before installation.
