Maintenance
Notes:

Prior to any contact, please be sure to switch off the main power supply, otherwise it may
cause casualties and unit damage.
•
The maintenance and service work completed by the qualified professionals is very important
and shall be performed annually or every 2000 operating hours.
Cleaning of condenser
Please use a brush or water column to clean the condenser. Flush the condenser with the water
column from inside to outside. If the pipe bank is too dirty, please contact the professional
cleaning personnel.
Note:
•
Do not clean the condenser with steam; otherwise, it will lead to the rise of internal pressure
to cause the refrigerant to leak through the relief valve.
Cleaning of shell and tube heat exchanger
Trane recommends to clean the shell and tube heat exchanger by the chemical cleaning method.
The cleaning agent shall be hot phosphoric acid solution, and its use conditions are as follows:
50-60
℃
, concentration of 15%, and cyclic cleaning for 3-6 hours.

Do not clean the shell and tube heat exchanger with the toxic or corrosive cleaning fluid.
