Initial Startup Agreement
By signing this form, you agree the heat pump is ready for
initial startup. It is understood that, if the heat pump is not
ready for initial startup due to site problems, the initial
startup will be aborted at the discretion of the designated
startup technician. Payment for an aborted startup will be
forfeited. Rescheduled initial startups are subject to any
additional costs that may have been incurred by the
technician. An approved purchase order or payment in
advance will be required to reschedule an aborted initial
startup.
