System fan cage support bracket 

Removing the system fan cage support bracket 

To remove the system fan cage support bracket: 

1.

 

Power off the server and detach all of the power cords from the power supplies. 

2.

 

Remove the access panel (on page 23). 

3.

 

Remove the system fan assembly (on page 28). 

4.

 

Remove the system fan cage (on page 29). 

5.

 

Remove the screws securing the support bracket. 

6.

 

Remove the support bracket.
