Removal and Replacement of Components

 

Hood Removal Procedure TMX428 Series 

Tools Required 
 

 

1/4” Hex Socket or Flat Blade Screw Driver

 

 

 

Approximate time to complete 10 min 

1.

 

Turn the treadmill’s power switch to the OFF position.

 

2.

 

Unplug the treadmill from the wall receptacle. 

3.

 

Allow treadmill to discharge for 3 minutes. 

4.

 

Remove  the  5  hood  securing  screws  (2  on  the  front  and  3  on  the  back  side  of  the 
treadmill). 

5.

 

Remove hood and set aside.  

6.

 

Reverse procedure to reinstall hood.
