JTAG
®
The RZ/G2x provides three 5-pin JTAG and SWD interfaces. JTAG2 and JTAG3 are additional debug ports that can be used by
multiplexing. Depending on the multiplexing and MD pins, a different TAP controller can be selected. The primary JTAG interface
JTAG1 is available directly on the TQMaRZG2x connector.
A default pull-up configuration is available on the TQMaRZG2x. Accordingly, the connector with wiring must be provided on the
carrier board. The following figure shows the JTAG interface on the module.
