The MBLS1028A is connected to the carrier board with 240 pins on two connectors.

extraction tool MOZI8XX is strongly recommended.

Boot configuration 

The boot mode of the TQMLS1028A is determined by the level of the analogue 3.3 V signal RCW_SRC_SEL. 
The boot mode defines the boot device and specific configurations. The boot mode is set with DIP switches.
