Is the seat sensor having
difficulty detecting a person
on the seat?
When a person lifts thier body or bends down while using the toilet bowl,
the sensor may not detect them. Sit properly on the NEOREST.

wand for several seconds
to clear out any cold water.
If the seat sensor A is dirty or wet, it may continuously
detect a “person” and cause water to runs out of the
wand. Make sure the seat sensor is clean and dry.
If it is difficult for seat
sensor A to detect a
person, the auto flush
mayactivate while the
NEOREST is in use.

When sensor B is
exposed to sun, it may
function improperly.
Keep the NEOREST away from sunlight.

Is the bathroom door open?
When the bathroom door is
open, the sensor may detect
a person passing by.
Seat sensor B may not detect a person when it is
obstructed, dirty or wet. Make sure the seat
sensor is unobstructed, clean and dry.
The seat sensor A may not detect a person because of the
way they are seated, their clothing color or alothing material.
Sit futher back on the seat or lift you clothing to expose skin to
the sensor.
Auto open/close is set
to ON. If it is difficult for
seat sensor B to detect
a person, then the lid
may close even if a
person has approached
the NEOREST.
If the remote control batteries are replaced, the auto
open/close feature returns to it’s defaul setting of ON.
Set the auto open/close feature to the user’s preference.
Auto flush returns to its default setting of ON when the
batteries are replaced or taken out. Set the auto flush to
OFF if it is the user’s preference
