Seat sensor B may not detect a person when it is
obstructed, dirty or wet. Make sure the seat sensor is
unobstructed, clean and dry.
The toilet bowl lid will not open automatically for the next 2
seconds after it has been closed manually.

Seat and lid auto
close failed
If a person has been within 1ft. (30cm) of the NEOREST
for more than 6 seconds and then moves away, the
seat and lid will automatically close 90 seconds later.
If a person continues to stay with in 1ft. (30cm) of
the NEOREST, the lid will not close automatically.
If the seat sensor A is obstructed, dirty or wet, it may
continuously detect a “person.” Make sure the seat
sensor is unobstructed, clean and dry.

When the power plug is inserted in the outlet, the soft light will
flash for somwhere between 10 seconds to a minute. During this
period, the seat sensor A is initializing. The auto lid open/close
feature will not function unitl the sensor is done initializing, but the
lid and seat can still be operated using the remote control.
