This section explains the case that a programming routine stored in the reset service routine. First, the reset routine
determines to enter the user boot mode. If mode switching conditions are met, the device enters the user boot mode
to reprogram data. (
Make sure not to generate any exception in user boot mode.

After the device enters the user boot mode, the device executes the copy routine (b) to download the flash
programming routine (c) from the host controller to the on-chip RAM.
