Troubleshooting
The following cases are not faults with the Unit.
Please check the following before requesting service.
If you have investigated the above and there is still an abnormality, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the unit with
the part number and problem.
Under no circumstances conduct repairs by yourself. Doing so is dangerous.
If the LCD display part of the Central remote controller shows
(abnormality) and a check code, inform the dealer of the
displayed information as well.
Problem
Cause
When an air conditioner is stopped, its
operation status is displayed on the LCD
display part of the Central remote
controller.
If you stop the air conditioner using the local remote control, it may take time
before the operation is reflected on the Central remote controller.
The display does not switch even if you
operate the Central remote controller.
When the Central remote controller is set to the Local Control Mode, you cannot
operate it if key lock is set from another central control device.
It is not set even when operating the
Central remote controller.
Even if you can configure the settings on the Control screen of All or Zone, the
controller does not operate when the air conditioner does not have the
corresponding function.
The schedule is set, but the device does
not operate.
Is the clock not blinking (not set)? Set the clock.
The clock is initialized if power is not supplied for a long period of time.
A button is pressed, but there is no
reaction.
• If you press any button while the backlight is off, the backlight turns on. Press
the button you want to operate again.
• The operation is disabled for the button. (The buzzer does not sound.)

The air conditioner does not operate
even if the ON/OFF button of the Central
remote controller is pressed.
Isn’t the unit being started
or set?
If the LCD of the Central remote controller is not on,
press the ON/OFF button again after energizing the
controller.
The check lamp of the Central remote
controller lights up.
Isn’t the air conditioner
protection device
operating?
Refer to the air conditioner operation manual and
check its operation.
The LCD display part of the Central
remote controller shows
(abnormality) and the check code S01.
Isn’t a power outage
affecting the air
conditioner?
The displayed information disappears a few minutes
after power is restored to the air conditioner.
