Stratagy 24SBC Enhanced
Voice Processing System
Starting in August, 1999, hardware enhancements were made to the Stratagy 24 Voice Processing system
and a new enhanced model Stratagy 24SBC started shipping in place of the Stratagy 24 system. This
bulletin describes the new Stratagy 24SBC hardware enhancements. The Stratagy 24SBC still ships with
software version V24.225 and supports all of the same Stratagy 24 features.
Hardware Description
The Stratagy 24SBC (see
Figure 1
) is a PC-based system that has a new passive backplane with all of the
computer circuitry on a Single Board Computer (SBC). The hardware platform is a desktop model that
supports up to 6 voice boards for a maximum of 24 ports, and provides 33 hours of voice storage. The
Stratagy 24SBC carries the same two-year warranty as all the other Stratagy products.
