CD/DVD control buttons
The control buttons on the front of the computer are for
playing CDs and DVDs. You can play digital audio files
while the computer is turned off.
The
CD/DVD
mode
button allows you to play CDs or DVDs
in the DVD-ROM or DVD-ROM/CD-RW drive.
The
Digital audio mode
button allows you to play digital
audio files.
The
previous track
button returns the disc player to the
preceding track on the disc.
The
play/pause
button starts the disc player, or makes the
disc player pause if it is currently playing.
The
stop/eject
button stops a disc that is currently playing.
Press the button again to eject the disc.
The
next track
button causes the disc player to skip to the
following track on the disc.
NOTE: If you have set a password for logging onto your system,
your computer will start up and you will need to log on before
being able to play a CD or DVD.
