Modbus RTU Setup:
1. Login to become an administrator and go to the settings page by clicking the "gear" icon on the top
navigation bar.
2. Go to
“Modbus Settings” within the “Protocol" menu to set up Modbus settings.
3. Toggle "Modbus RTU Protocol" to "Enabled "(toggle should point to the right).
4. Set the desired baud rate (9600/19200/38400/57600/76800/115200).
5. Enter the Modbus Address/ID in the "Address" textbox field (Default: 1).
6. Click
“Save” to save the settings.
7. Go to "Serial Connection Configuration" within the "System" menu, and make sure that "RS-485
Interface" is enabled and that interface protocol is set to "Modbus."
8. Enable "RS-485 Interface" if not enabled.
9. Verify that the "Current RS-485 Interface Protocol" textbox shows "Modbus".
10. Click "Save" to save the settings.
11. To see all the available registers go to "User Guide" and click the "Modbus" menu.
