4.2.8 Configurable LED
12 LEDs of the G1IF4 are user-configurable. An LED is configured by LED
G(Green) and
LED
R(Red). If both LED
G and LED
R are input, the LED colour becomes yellow. Each of
LED
G and LED
R is driven via a logic gate which can be programmed for OR gate or AND
gate operation.
Each colour is driven via a logic gate which can be programmed by OR gate or AND gate
operation of LED
G and LED
R. If OR gate selected and both LED
G and LED
R driven, its
LED colour is yellow.
Further, each LED has a programmable reset characteristic, settable for instantaneous drop-off,
or for latching operation. The signals listed in Appendix C can be assigned to each LED.
The following items are set:
LED
_
Logic: select “OR” or “AND” to use an OR gate or AND gate.
LED
_
Reset: select “Inst” (Instantaneous reset) or “Latch” (Latch reset).

_
In#
: asign signals to 4 gates (In #1- #4) by entering the signal number corresponding to
each signal referring to Appendix C.
