Getting Started

Using the device for the first time

Initial setup

After turning on your device for the first time, follow the on-
screen instructions on each screen in order to properly install
the operating system and begin using your device.

When you turn on the device for the first time, do not
turn off the power again until the operating system has
loaded completely.

Using the Start menu

Touch the

Start

(

) button in the lower-left corner of the

Desktop or press the

Windows

(

) button on the side of

your device to open the Start menu. Here you can perform
various commands, including basic tasks like turning off the
power and advanced PC settings.
