Operational Items in Machine Refreshing
Machine refreshing each equipment in the following timing.
• 20L/20H: When the number of output pages has reached 120,000 or 5 years have passed from the
start of use (Whichever comes earlier)
• 23L/23H: When the number of output pages has reached 132,000 or 5 years have passed from the
start of use (Whichever comes earlier)
• 25L/25H: When the number of output pages has reached 144,000 or 5 years have passed from the
start of use (Whichever comes earlier)
• 23LA/23LM/23HA: When the number of output pages has reached 132,000 or 5 years have passed
from the start of use (Whichever comes earlier)
• 28LM/28HA: When the number of output pages has reached 156,000 or 5 years have passed from
the start of use (Whichever comes earlier)
(1) Check the components in the drive section (gears, pulleys, timing belts, etc.). Replace them with
new ones if they are damaged.
(2) Check all the adhesives such as tape and Mylar if they are damaged or have become unstuck.
Replace them with new ones if necessary.
(3) Check the performance of all the switches and sensors. Replace them with new ones if
necessary.
(4) Clean inside the equipment thoroughly.
