Multiple Pages Per Sheet 

In this job shop, you will print multiple pages on one 1 sheet of paper.  

You will 

need a least a four-page file (MS Word, PDF, etc.) to complete this job 
shop.  

This feature is useful for browsing many pages for appearance or page 

order and conserves paper.

  Click the 

Finishing tab

  Click the icon representing the 

number of pages you want to print 
on a single sheet

 (up to 16 pages).

  In the 

Direction of Print

 section, 

click the icon representing how you 
want to arrange the pages.
