6.3.4
Adjustment of faint text
The faint text can be improved in the following codes.
<Adjustment Mode (05)>
<Procedure>
(1)
While pressing [0] and [5] simultaneously, turn the power ON.
(2)
Key in the codes to be adjusted and press the [START] button.
(3)
Key in the adjustment value. (To correct the value once keyed in, press the [CLEAR] button.)
(4)
Press the [OK] or [INTERRUPT] button to store the value in memory.

The equipment goes
back to the ready state.
(5)
For resetting the value, repeat step (2) to (4).
(6)
Let the equipment restart and perform the printing job.
(7)
If the desired image has not been attained, repeat step (1) to (6).

Upper limit value in the Toner Saving Mode
The upper limit value of the density when "Toner save" is selected in the Custom tab of the printer driver
can be adjusted.

by increasing the value to raise the density level.
