Getting Started
This chapter provides an equipment checklist, and basic information to
start using your computer.
If you use an operating system that was not pre-installed by TOSHIBA,
some of the features described in this manual might not function properly.
Equipment checklist
Carefully unpack your computer, taking care to save the box and
packaging materials for future use.
Hardware
Check to make sure that you have all the following items:
TOSHIBA Portable Personal Computer
TOSHIBA Keyboard Dock (provided with some models)
Stylus Pen (provided with some models)
AC adaptor (2-pin or 3-pin)
Stylus Pen is included together with spare pen tips, one AAAA battery and
tether string in the small case coming with the product.

If any of the items are missing or damaged, contact your dealer
immediately.
Dual Operating Mode
Depending on the model you purchased, your device might be provided a
TOSHIBA Keyboard Dock.
Your device contains a main unit and an accessory unit.The tablet
computer, as the main unit, allows you to handle tasks that frequently
require touch interactions while providing the portability; the keyboard dock,
as the accessory unit to the tablet computer, is designed to enhance the
tablet computer with a standard keyboard. After docking your tablet
