Caster Fork Replacement
Caster Fork Removal
1. Park the machine on a level surface and set the parking brake. Stop the
engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and remove the key.
2. Using an appropriate lifting device, raise the front of the machine off the floor.
3. Remove the ¾ inch bolt and nut securing the wheel to the caster fork.
Remove the wheel from the machine.

4. Using a flat head screw driver, remove the top dust cover.

5. Remove the ½ inch bolt securing the caster fork to stub shaft.
6. Remove the caster fork from the stub shaft.
