Maintenance Procedure
After the first 8 hours
• Change the engine oil.
After the first 25 hours
• Clean the fuel filter.
Before each use or daily
• Check the interlock switch operation.
• Check the engine oil level.
Every 25 hours
• Grease the machine. (Grease the fittings immediately after every washing regardless
of the interval listed.)
• Clean and oil the air cleaner foam element. (More often in dirty or dusty conditions)
Every 50 hours
• Change the engine oil. (More frequently in dusty or dirty conditions)
• Clean the fuel filter.
Every 100 hours
• Clean or replace the paper air filter element. (More often in dirty or dusty conditions)
• Check the spark plug.
Every 200 hours
• Decarbon the engine.
Every 300 hours
• Change the air filter paper element
• Check the condition and tension of belts
Before storage
• Paint chipped surfaces.
• Refer to the Storage Section for additional information.
