Cable tie mounting pad

Secure the harness to the mounting pad with a
cable tie.

Important:

When routing the harness, ensure

that the operation of the rear axle does not
damage the harness or pull on the wires.

Route the harness down over the axle support to
the rear light (

Figure 15

).

Plug the harness connector into the lamps pig tail
connector.

Following the traction unit main wiring harness, route
the rear light wiring harness to the left rear lamp as
follows:

Across the hood support frame to the left side of
the machine (

Figure 17

).

Through the corner shroud (

Figure 17

).

Along the frame out side of the muffler heat shield
(

Figure 17

).

Important:

Keep the wiring harness away

from the side and rear of the muffler.

Along the existing hard line to the radiator support
(

Affix a cable tie mounting pad to the under side of
the frame, behind the rear axle and approximately 7
inches (17.8 cm) from the left frame rail (

Figure 16

).

Secure the harness to the mounting pad with a
cable tie.

Important:

When routing the harness, ensure

that the operation of the rear axle does not
damage the harness or pull on the wires.

Route the harness down over the axle support to
the rear light (

).

Plug the harness connector into the lamps pig tail
connector.

Using the hole in each rear lamp, secure the lamp pig
tails with cable ties at the location shown in

Figure 14

.

Note:

The 2 remaining wires are to be used when the

registration plate lights are installed on the rear of the
machine.

Using cable ties, secure the remainder of the wiring
harness to the traction unit wiring harness (

Figure 3

).

Note:

Make sure the wiring harness is routed away

from any hot, sharp or moving parts.
