Loosely mount the end of the headlight bracket to the
side of the cab bracket with a 1/4 x 3/4 inch flange
head bolt and 1/4 inch flange nut (

Figure 9

).

5.

Tighten the fasteners securing the headlight bracket.

6.

Repeat the procedure to install the right hand headlight
bracket to the right hand cab bracket (

Figure 10

).

7.

Fasten the right hand and left hand headlight assemblies
to the headlight brackets (

Figure 9

and

Figure 10

with

the fasteners supplied with the lights. Make sure the
turn signal lens on the headlight is positioned toward
the outside of the machine.

Route the headlight wiring harness underneath the
front edge of the operator's platform and up to the
headlights (

Figure 3

).

9.

Plug one of the harness connectors into the previously
unplugged harness connector and one into the
headlight. Secure the harness connectors to the tab
on the bracket with a cable tie (

Figure 10

). Repeat this

procedure on the other headlight.

10.

Using the holes in each headlight bracket, secure the
harness, to the bracket with cable ties as shown in

Figure 9

.

11.

Install the steering tower cover with the screws
previously removed.

Note:

The existing front and rear cab lights cannot be

used for CE applications. Disable the front and rear
cab lights as follows:

Front

-Pop the lights out of the cab roof and

disconnect the wires from the lights. Reinstall the
lights into the cab.

Rear

-Remove the screws securing the lenses to

lights. Remove the bulbs from the lights and
reinstall the lenses to the lights.
