10 PRECAUTIONS
1) For cleaning the instrument after use, remove dust using a cleaning brush, then wipe off with a
cloth.
2) For cleaning the window surface, use a cleaning brush to remove the dust, then use a clean lintless
cotton cloth. Moisten it with alcohol (or mixture with ether ) to wipe gently in a rotational motion from
the center out.
3) The instrument should be stored in the room temperature range of -10°C to +60°C.
4) To remove the dust on the case, never use thinner or benzine. Use a clean cloth moistened with
neutral detergent.
5) Do not store the wet instrument in the case.
If the instrument is wet, wipe off any moisture with a soft cloth, let dry, and store in the case.
6) If the tripod is used for a long time, some parts may wear away; the tips may loosen up and the
butterfly screw may break. From time to time, check each part.
7) When storing the instrument in the case, make sure to attach the head cap, and to place the
instrument so it fits into the concave shape inside the case.
