3. ACTIVESYNC/MOBILER M ANAGER
(PC CONNECTI ON)
Connect the GPS device to your computer by USB cable. Windows Vista & Windows 7
users should connect to the device by clicking “Connect without setting up your device”
in the Windows Mobile Device Center. Now the device is able to use the internet
connection of the PC. Then start eGIS on the GPS device. Note that the eLicense.dat
file must be located in the correct directory on the GPS device (see installation guide).
