When taking the instrument out of the box, pull the outer box upward
and then remove the packing materials. Do not hold the head, chinrest,
forehead pad, joystick, or cables when lifting the instrument. Doing so
may cause failure or damage to the instrument.
■
Install the instrument in a location not subject to direct sunlight, high
temperature and humidity, or air containing dust, salt, and/or sulfur.
Otherwise, failure or malfunction may occur.
■
Install the instrument in a leveled stable location free of vibration or
mechanical impact. Otherwise, measurement cannot be conducted
correctly. Also, the instrument may topple over or fall down, resulting in
fire or a serious accident.
■
Install the instrument so that wiring is not disconnected or does not
hinder the operation.
■
Install the instrument in a location where external light interference of
sunlight, illumination, etc. does not directly enter the patient’s eye. The
measurement accuracy may be affected.

Do not irradiate the laser light without using the measurement method
that is written in this Instruction Manual.

Do not look into the measurement window whose laser light is radiated
with any magnifying device. Impaired eyesight may result.I

Do not disassemble or modify this instrument.
■
If you use the controls and the adjustments and the procedures other
than as specified in this instruction manual, it may result in hazardous
radiation exposure.
