• e sure to connect resistors as sho n in the gure belo . The failure detection function ill not ork
correctly if no resistors are connected, or if resistors of different values from those specified are used.
• To ensure stable NX-300 operation, it is recommended that failure detection iring be made independent
from that of control input terminals 1 , for hich shielded t isted pair cables shorter than 10 m 3 . 1 ft
should be used.
