Control Panel Configuration
Front cover of the control panel
The front cover of the control panel is
configured as shown in Figure A.
Since the electrical components are
mounted behind the front cover inside
the panel, it must not be opened by
anyone other than a qualified electrician.
Figure B shows the internal configuration
of the control panel. When a qualified
electrician checks wiring or works on the
control panel, ensure the main power is
switched off and confirm that the power indicator (No. 3) is off.
(The layout of each component inside the control panel, as shown in Figure B, may
differ from the layout in actual units.)

Touch Panel
Display
All parameters, such as starting/stopping unit operation
and changing the set temperature, can be confirmed and
set via the display.

All basic operations are performed using this touch panel
display.

Earth Leakage
Circuit Breaker
(Non-fuse Breaker)
Circuit breaker for the unit.
・
The circuit breaker is OFF when shipped. Make sure the breaker
is turned ON by a qualified electrician or TLV personnel.

Power Supply
Indicator
(White)
Lights up when power is supplied to the control panel at
100 V AC.
・
Lit while power is supplied, whether in operation or not.

Operation Lamp
(Green)
Lights up when the operation button for the unit is switched
ON.
・
Automatic operation (water flow sensing, opening/closing of the
steam valve, steam control, etc.) is performed while the
operation lamp is lit.

Temperature
Abnormal Alarm
(Red)
Lights up when low temperature alarm or high temperature
alarm is triggered.
・
Refer to the "Alarm Log Screen" section for details.
・
The unit still operates automatically when low temperature
alarm is triggered. The unit will stop operates automatically and
switches to standby mode (refer to the "Alarm Log Screen"
section for details) when high temperature alarm is triggered.
・
The lamp turns off once the unit is recovered from
abnormalities.
