8.3. Distance between feed and wheel and gripper plate
The gap between feed wheel and gripper plate can be adjusted in order to change the teeth
pressure on strap. This works while the adjusting screw pushed against the bolt which is fixed
at the gearbox (Figure 8.3.2).
Unscrew the locking screw (figure 8.3.1).
Turn the adjusting screw (figure 8.3.2)

clockwise to enlarge the distance .

counter clockwise to reduce the distance .
Default setting is 0.2 mm (figure 8.3.3).

8.4. Adjust strap width
The TP 500 can operate 16 and 19 mm strap. To change the strap width you have to loosen
the screws and change the guides as displayed below:
