7.1. Check the seals regular
The tool must be set correctly to ensure maximum performance. It is essential to set
the welding time correctly.
Settings depend on strap dimensions and strap quality; they may vary. For the reasons
mentioned above TITAN cannot define generally applicable parameters.
The following figure shows a
correctly welded seal.
Check the seals regular:
for an evenly performed welding seal
for strap splitting [generally found on lower grade strapping]
Inaccurate performed seals
(see example below)
could result in injuries!
