Troubleshooting
Please find the table which lists the symptoms, possible causes, and recommended action. If our suggested
troubleshooting solutions cannot remedy the problem, please contact your TiMOTION sales representative.

Misalignment or overload in

Align or reduce the load.
Try running the actuator without load.
The actuator cannot lift the full
load, or the motor runs too slowly

Verify the power supply is properly
