imported data. This only affects the compared data. If there is no center tone file,
leave this at “All Frequencies”.

Comparing
To compare the imported files, click on “Compare”. The two imported databases will be
compared for size and matching entries.

There are several types of reports that may be generated. This are:
Report Description
Export CDF
This will create a comma delimited file (CDF) of the
compared data.
Export Excel This will create an Excel (XLS) worksheet.
Save SDF This creates a preformatted space delimited file (SDF).
Filtering
The imported databases (especially DataChron) may contain a lot of data from sources
other than that wanted for comparison. The databases may be filtered for source and
duplicates; the comparison may be filtered by frequency (if a tone file is loaded) and date.
