Air
Air supply to the entire system can be disconnected with the quick connect to the right
of the main pressure regulator.
The blue collar to the right of the larger pressure regulator (top right) disconnects air
to the saw pneumatics without disabling the cleaning gun.
Slide the blue collar to the right to cut incoming air.
If the filter bowl beneath the main pressure regulator accumulates
water, empty it.
Warning: Disconnect incoming air before removing the air filter bowl.
Cleanliness
It is CRITICAL to keep the machine and the work area clean to prevent buildup of debris and material that can interfere with
machinery movement. Failure to do so can affect accuracy, cut quality, and machine lifespan.
•
Always use dust collection.
•
Blow the work area clean whenever debris accumulates.
•
Blow the blade cavity clean daily.
•
Vacuum out the saw base monthly.
•
Blow the TigerStop beam clean yearly or if debris triggers sensors.
•
Do not use the infeed and outfeed tables for material storage.
The air system lubrication bowl (bottom right) is located at the rear left corner of the
saw base cabinet.
When the air system lubrication bowl is empty, refill it to 80% of capacity with
ISO VG 32 oil.
Warning: Disconnect incoming air before removing the air system lubrication
bowl.
