Minimum Limit
The positioner will not accept commands to move below the minimum limit.
1. Access the Setup menu (
), and then press the
button
repeatedly until the Min Lim screen is displayed.
2. Enter the password, then press
.

The default password is the serial number.
3. Enter the new value and press
to save it.
4. Press the [Done] soft key to return to the Ready Screen.
•
Do NOT set the maximum limit manually.
•
The maximum limit must be set with the find limits routine and calibration (
) to maintain accuracy.
Find End Limits
Finding the end limits automatically locates the minimum and maximum limits of travel. The positioner will move slowly, first to
the home end and then to the minimum position. The limit settings will be updated.
To run the find limit routine:
1. Ensure the positioner can move its entire range without obstruction.
2. Press
. The positioner will move slowly to the far limit and then in to the minimum.
3. When the routine completes successfully, the display will return to the find limit screen in the Setup menu.
4. Press
STOP
to return to the Ready Screen.
Access the Setup menu (
), then press the
button repeatedly until the
FindLim screen is displayed.
If something physically prevents travel to the minimum limit sensor:
1. Follow above instructions, but press
STOP
just before the pusher crashes.
2. Calibrate normally (
3. Set the minimum limit directly. Choose a value high enough to prevent collisions.
The TigerStop Menu
Warning: During the find limit routine, the machine will move.
Be sure the path is clear to prevent collisions.
Warning: The minimum limit will NOT prevent crashes
during the find limit routine or the drive test.
