IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Fixtures is suitable for Airport, Car Dealerships, Ac hitectural,
Factory, Warehouse, High Mast lighting and stadium lighting.
2.
Before commencing installation or maintenance, ensure electricity
is switc hed off at the mains. Installation or maintenance should be
carried out by a qualified electrician.
3.
The luminaire must not, under any circumstances, be installed
directly to flammable materials, and luminaires must not be
covered with any flammable materials.
4.
Mounting height range of 6 to 12 meters, this model is suitable
for outdoor lighting.
5.
Ensure there is adequate free air circulation of at least 50cm
around the luminaire. All luminaires run hot. It is the installer's
responsibility to consider fire risk and take appropriate precautions.

STEP 1:
Use a 6mm hex wrenc h to loosen the screws that secure the lamp
post above the lamp arm, then slide fixture on to pole through
opening on the rear of housing. See Figure 1.
STEP 2:
Ensure to slide fixture to the inner end of tenon, then tighten
locking bolts with 5mm hex wrenc h or its equivalent to ensure the
fixture is fixed to polefirmly.

STEP 3:
1.Loosen hinged hatc h locking bolts with 5mm hex wrenc h or its
equivalent, and open the hatc h for led driver compartment access.
2.Get mains power supply cord into led driver compartment via
cable gland, Install power connections as per Figure 6, and lock
the gland to mains power supply cord tightly.
STEP 4:
1.Referring to Fig. 4, use a wrenc h loosen Screw by 3-5 threads to
adjust the fixtures angle. Once angle is decided, secure the hex
screw with 25 n.m of force.
2.Using the in-built bubble level, align fixture to the horizontal plane.
Adjust screws accordingly. Once leveled use 45 n.m to secure the
fixture to the light pol e . Ensure that the fixture is now attac hed to
the light pole securely. Close the cover and secure the cover screws
with 25 n.m of force.
