水加減して、内なべを本体にセットする

水加減する 

1 内なべを水平に置き、お米を平らにな

らします。

2 内なべ内側の各メニューの目盛に合わ

せて水加減をします。

例:3カップの白米を炊くときは、「Plain」

の目盛「3」に合わせる。

お米は平らにならす

水加減の目安

水加減するときに、以下の基準の目盛より水量を減らした

り、増やしたりする場合、1/3目盛以上の増減は避けてくだ
さい。ふきこぼれ等の原因になります。

「Eco」の目盛。

Porridge

全がゆのときは、

「Porridge・Hard」の目盛。

五分がゆのときは、

「Porridge・Soft」の目盛。

Brown・GABA

「Brown」の目盛。

◦ 無洗米の場合も、上記の水加減と同じです。
◦ 雑穀米・発芽玄米・胚芽米・分づき米は、「Plain」の目

盛を目安に少し多めに入れます。

◦ 発芽玄米・雑穀米は市販の袋に水加減などの記載があ

るときは、その内容に従い、お好みで水加減をしてくださ

い。

◦ 長粒米は「Plain」の目盛を目安に入れます。
◦ 玄米がゆは、「Porridge」の目盛を目安に入れます。

ご注意

お湯(約35度以上)で水加減をしないでくださ
い。ごはんがうまく炊けない原因となります。

内なべの目盛について

内なべの目盛は目安です。
お好みに合わせて調節し、ご家庭で炊くごはんのかたさやお

こげの具合をお試しください。

まりを確認する

ふたを「カチッ」と音がするま

で両手で確実に閉める

ご注意

● 上枠、フック受け付近や、内ぶたに付着したご

はん粒や米つぶなどは必ず取り除いてくださ
い。

● ふたが閉まらなくなったり、炊飯中の蒸気もれ

や、ふたが開いて内容物がふき出したり、湯が
飛び散るおそれがあり、やけどやけがの原因と
なります。

ご注意

● 圧力式炊飯器は、内なべ内部の密閉度が高いた

め、ふたが閉まりにくい場合があります。必ず
ふたが確実に閉まっていることを確認してく
ださい。

● ふたを閉めるときは、操作キーをタッチしない

ように注意してください。

● 内ぶたがセットされていないとふたが閉まり

ません。
