If power failure occurs when
When power is restored
Timer cooking (timer soaking) is
on.
The set timer will be executed.
Cooking starts immediately if the time until the set time is shorter than the guide.

Gaskets will need replacing over time. Though the amount of wear will vary according to conditions of use, gaskets will
wear down as they are used. For stubborn dirt, odors, or serious damage, contact the place of purchase.
The inner pot’s fluorocarbon resin coating may wear and peel with extended use. (See P.5.)
Inner pot (when scratched or cracked)
Replace the inner pot if it is cracked or the heating element is damaged.
Gaskets (consumable

Replace the gaskets if they are dirty, smelling bad or damaged.
Plastic parts (when degraded)
The plastic parts exposed to heat and steam may degrade over time.

If you adjust the scorch level and keep-warm temperature, follow the procedure
below.
• You need to complete each step of

within 30 seconds.
If 30 seconds pass without operation, the procedure is canceled and the display
returns to the clock display.
In this case, start the procedure from the first step.
• You cannot change the setting during cooking, keeping warm, timer cooking and
timer soaking.
• To cancel adjustment halfway, touch the [Cancel] key.
Adjusting to the desired scorch
If the scorch is light with high heat or dark with low heat
regardless of the setting in P.41, adjust the level of scorch in
the following procedure.
"Plain (Rinse-free)" only.
Touch the [Start/Rinse-free] key.
Touch the [Hour • Min] key to select the scorch level.
The value changes each time you touch
[Hour]
or
[Min] key.
Touch the [Start/Rinse-free] key.
Touch and hold the [Timer] key 3 seconds or more to confirm
the setting. The display returns to the clock display.
Adjusting the keep-warm temperature
If unpleasant odor or discolored, dry, or slimy rice cannot be
solved regardless of the setting in P.42, adjust the keep-warm
temperature in the following procedure.
Touch the [Start/Rinse-free] key.
Touch the [Hour • Min] key to select the temperature.

Touch the [Start/Rinse-free] key.
Touch and hold the [Timer] key 3 seconds or more to
confirm the setting. The display returns to the clock display.

Touch the [Hour • Min] key to select the mode [2].
