The Warmth of an
Clay Ceramic Pan
This Clay Ceramic pan is produced one
by one as Yokkaichi pottery to provide the
warmth of Clay Ceramic.
* Any color irregularities, bumps, depressions
or patterns in the glaze are unavoidable
product characteristics of the manufacturing
process of clay ceramic pans.
They do not signify problems with the
quality, so you can use with safety.
High heat-storage
performance and
superior infrared
effect
The high heat-storage performance
allows heat to penetrate to the core of
the rice kernels, producing soft, delicious
rice, while the superior infrared effect lets
you enjoy browned rice.
In addition, you can use the pan right at
the table, in place of your regular rice
container. (Be sure to use a pot pad etc.)
Superior thermal
shock resistance
and heat
resistance
Because ceramic materials are used,
the thermal shock-resistant and heat-
resistant properties are superior to those
of other regular Clay Ceramic pans.

Add the correct amount of

Adding vegetables and meat to
your rice
Total ingredient amount should be less than 70 g for
each cup of rice.
Stir the water, seasoning and rice well. And then
place the ingredient on top of the rice. Ingredient
must be chopped finely. There is the maximum
cooking amount for each menu, see the chart
below.
