of time to soak the rice in water.
Each time you press Hour , the time increases by 10
min.,
and each time you press Min the time decreases by
10 min.
Set the amount of time from 10-60 min. in 10 min.
increments.
[Ex: Set the timer to 40 min.]
The rice will start cooking after 40 min. has
elapsed.
If the alert sounds, that means the timer could not
be set.*
Confirm the following.
● You set the
Timer
while the clock was
flashing 0:00.
→ Set the clock to the current time.
●You selected Quick, Mixed Rice, Bean Rice,
Sweet Rice, Soup, Stew, Steam, or Clean
Care, and pressed

→The timer cannot be set for these options.
Select an option for which the timer can be set,
and proceed.
* If you are setting the timer and about 30 sec.
elapses with no input, the alert will sound, but
you will still be able to finish setting the timer.
