再加热的方法

食用之前将保温中的米饭重新加热,便可吃到热腾
腾的米饭。

Note

 

米饭超过内锅一半以上时,因米饭量过多可能无法
充分加热。

 

如果在以下情况下加热,米饭会变得干巴巴。

• 

米饭刚煮好等还没变凉的情况。

• 

米饭量少于最小煮饭量(1.0L 型 1 杯、1.44 型 2 
杯、1.8L 型 2 杯)的情况。

• 

重复加热 3 次以上的情况。

翻动保温中的米饭

洒入 1~2 大匙水后均匀翻动

 

洒水可以防止米饭变干,使热好的饭松软可口。

确认保温指示灯的点亮状态

点亮

• 

若保温指示灯未点亮,则无法再加热。未点亮
时请按下[KeepWarm/Cancel]键。(参照
P.61)

按下[Start]键

煮饭指示灯闪烁,开始再加热。
会 显 示 出 剩 余 时 间, 加 热 结 束 后 发 出 3 次

“哔 -”的提示音进行通知。

• 

想停止再加热时按下[KeepWarm/Cancel]
键。

• 

米饭变冷(约 55℃以下)时不能再加热。发出

“哔哔哔…”的提示音通知。

充分翻动已加热好的米饭,使其变
得均匀

• 

搅拌时请戴着隔热手套,防止电饭煲打滑。

闪烁

使用调理盘,可同时烹煮附属 COOKBOOK( 食谱 )
中记载的料理与米饭。不煮米饭时,也可给内锅装入
水单独进行料理烹调。
料理的烹调方法请参照附属的 COOKBOOK( 食谱 )。

Note

 

烹调时不要超过附属 COOKBOOK( 食谱 ) 上记载
的煮饭量。
以免导致煮沸溢出或烹调的料理不够美味。

 

烹调味道强烈的料理时,可能会在调理盘上留下异
味。

 

烹调颜色浓重的料理时,汤汁等可能会使调理盘染
色。

 

请不要在调理盘内使用菜刀、刀叉等锐利的器具。

关于放入调理盘中的配料的注意事项

 

请勿摆放过多食物到调理盘中。

 

为使蒸汽能接触到食物,请较浅地均匀摆放
或使食物间保持适当空隙(摆放在调理盘中的
高度以下图所示位置为标准)。

食物的量以提

为标准

 

放入的食物不宜含过多水或酱汁等液体(量较
多时难以加热)。

 

加入了牛奶、鲜奶油等而出现分层时,应充
分搅拌。

 

烹调班戟粉等容易膨胀的食物时请注意控制食
物的分量(摆放高度标准为调理盘 1/3 深度以
下)。鸡蛋也容易膨胀,因此请注意控制分(1.0L 
型时,2 个 ;1.8L 型时,3 个以内。(一起放入
的配料因鸡蛋大小不同而有所差义,请调整分
量))。

 

对于根菜等难以煮熟的食物,请先切成薄片。

 

使用调理盘烹调时,只能蒸煮食物。

※ 若在遵守上述注意事项后仍然无法充分加热

时,请将食物放置到其他容器中,再使用微
波炉等重新加热(请勿将内锅和调理盘放到微
波炉中加热)。

将事先预备好的食材放入调理盘

• 

若将食材重叠放入调理盘,可能导致煮沸
溢出或烹调的料理不够美味。请将食材均
匀平铺到调理盘内。
