System Backup and Restore
The
Reset / Backup
menu allows users to backup and restore Program and Scheduler information
and/or system data. Backup or restore data using an external USB stick attached to the
USB PORT
on the front panel of the codec. Note: A single partition FAT32 formatted USB stick must be used.
Creating a USB Backup File
1. Press the
SETTINGS
button.
2. Use the navigation buttons to select
Reset/Backup
and press the
button.
3. Attach a single partition FAT 32 formatted USB stick to the
USB PORT
on the front panel of the
codec.
4. Select
Backup
and press the
button.
5. Select the preferred backup option and press the
button.
6. Edit the file name and then navigate to
Enter
and press the
button.
7. Navigate to a directory, or create a new directory in which to save the backup .tgz file. Then
navigate to
Save
and press the
button to save the file.
